What to Expect: Get ready for a yoga experience like no other! In Beer Yoga, expect lots of giggles as you use your beer glass as a prop for part of the class during balancing and movement exercises. It's a light-hearted and enjoyable way to practice yoga while sipping on your favorite brew.
