This fusion class focuses on basic Pilates & Yoga principles: core strength, increased flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture. This class helps the body develop muscle memory, coordination, balance and endurance. You will leave this class feeling strong and balanced. It will tone and sculpt your body!
