Total Body Barre with Hillary
This style of class is a full body workout that challenges the small muscle groups while sculpting your entire body head to toe using optional props small weighted ball, resistance bands, & weights. You will work to stabilize, control and balance muscles. This is a low impact workout on your joints, but be ready to sweat and have fun! You will leave this class feeling strong!
