Celebrating Your Sexuality

When: Saturday, Feb. 11th 2pm-3:30pm

Founder of Stanford’s Behavior Design Lab and author of “Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything”, BJ Fogg, Ph. D explains how celebrating ourselves and our small wins sets us up to create beneficial habits to improve our lives. When we intentionally celebrate our sexuality, we can form not only a better relationship to sex, but also with our partners and ourselves.

Celebrating your sexuality may seem foreign after growing up with family, media, religion, and culture that may have created shame around all things sex. This is unfortunate because sex is such an integral part of being human and with education, awareness, and curiosity, it can be a source of healing, empowerment, and divine bliss.

In this workshop, you’ll be lead through potent visualizations to know not only is it possible to celebrate your sexuality, but that it’s safe! This will also help release any feelings of shame you may have around your sexuality. You will be guided through a yoga flow to enhance your sensitivity, openness, and release tension and stress that may be holding you back from fully enjoying pleasure in your life.

Return back to the wholeness of your being by integrating sexuality through celebration. Embody playfulness, pleasure, creativity, and surrender through yoga, mindfulness, and education.

You’ll need a mat, journal and pen, and an open heart and mind. Leave seriousness at the door and give yourself permission to let go!

All yoga levels welcome! Men and women both welcome! You do not need a partner.

Meet Your Host Savannah:

Savannah Freemyer: My path started with massage therapy, which led to reiki, integrative wellness coaching, and yoga. I am grateful for a background in these areas as I dove into Layla Martin’s 650+ hour VITA program for Sex, Love, and Relationship Coaching. I learned an incredible amount about myself and used pleasure as a method of transformation and healing in my own life. Then, I learned and practiced a coaching methodology that blew me away with its efficacy, empowering results, and ability to connect mind and body. Now, I am exploring  more deeply into my studies with Tantric Sex and Relationship Transformation as my majors.
