In our world of chronic exhaustion and over stimulation, Yoga Nidra is intended to induce full body relaxation, bringing about incredible calmness, quietness and clarity to the physical body and mind. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” brings you to a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping using a variety of techniques—including guided imagery and body scanning—to aid in relaxation and offer balance and healing. Expect to leave the practice feeling restored and rejuvenated.

We will start with some gentle movement to loosen the body and then shift to a resting position. Dress for comfort, bring your mat and other props or items that will aid in making you comfortable, you will be reclined or laying in a position of rest for the duration - bolsters, blankets, eye masks, cushions, pillow, socks, etc…
This practice is for all levels of yogis.
